What are “Green tripe”?
Basically, this is cow´s stomach in raw (or air dried) form. The “green” in the name just means that they have not been processed – no cleaning, no bleaching, no cooking. This means, that they still contain the pre-digested plants and juices from the stomach, which is full of digestive enzymes and beneficial gut bacteria.
Beef tripe are full of nutrients: minerals, amino acids and essential fatty acids. Altogether, this benefits your dog´s digestion, immune system and general wellbeing.
In air dried form (as a crew), they are a great option for cleaning your dog´s teeth.
