We also avoid keeping any products in stock in the summer heat, to make sure that any product you get from us, is of the highest possible quality. *Preorder basically just means that you will receive your order about a week later. We donโt keep freeze-dried snacks in stock, but we instead organize bulk pre-orders to make sure you receive freshly made freeze dried meat/fish, as soon as possible. Freeze-drying helps preserve almost entire nutritional value of the ingredients, but these snacks have to be kept in appropriate conditions, which we cannot ensure at the moment (especially not in the warm part of the year). The quality of the products and your dogsโ wellbeing is our priority, always.
